Due diligence is SUPER important at this stage -let's see if the price is right in comparison to others in the area. We always recommend a building inspection to let us all sleep at night.

Time to negotiate! Here is where PWA can save you 10's of thousands of dollars - knowing the tricks of the trade, delving deep into the process, asking lots of questons that will save you ALOT of money!
4. The paperwork
Once we have agreement, PWA will guide you through all the signing, the legalities, potentail cooling off, and what that means for you.
