Dao is a property developer who has undertaken his first subdivision and development. He is building 4 townhouses and will sell with Property Wise Advocates shortly.

PWA helped Dao determine the most profitable areas ti buy. While Dao was looking in other, more expensive areas which would have given him a much lower return, PWA undertook studies where the returns made alot more sense and each property, once completed, will come in at a much better selling pice.

PWA negotiated a great buying price for this lot, which allowed Dao to include some additional features in the four townhouses that he wouldnt have otherwise been able to include.This will make all properties much more sellable.

PWA's input also allowed Dao the additional benefit of keeping all properties until completion, without the pressure of having to achieve a sale throughout the construction phase. Dao is on track to make a 27% return for this development.
