Richard is an empty nester who wanted to sell the family home to allow him to move forward in life. After a full life with the kids and all that 40 years in one home accrues, Richard spent a lot of time to clear out all of the 'stuff' that he no longer used, wanted or needed. It was an emotional time - PWA helped him to rationalise all the belongings, giving him the tools with which to move 95% of those unwanted things. Strategies were put into place that helped Richard to release the years of memories, all with a view to what was in front for him. This sale allowed him to help his children achieving their goals, which was the very best legacy that Richard wanted to set up.
