We cant speak highly enough of Bronwyn Lucas - she is so knowledgable about the real estate industry. We know nothing about of and were struggling to understand what and where to buy. Bronwyn was able to narrow down an area and a budget that was reasonable for us and our son and his wife - they were buying their first home. As they were living overseas at the timewe all neeed her knowleadge and expertise. She was incredibly hardworking on our behalf in finding and vetting properties - she was able to guide us every step of the way. This included tips on what to look for in a property eg - uneven floors, open and close all doors and windows, check the stumps, turn on/off all the taps at once etc.

Bronwyn is a wealth of knowledge regarding auctions and private sales, she provided us with so many tips of the trade. We were then able to feel confident with iur choice of property and bid accordingly. Auctions are stressful, but due to Bronwyn's strategy on Auction Day, we were the successful bidders on the day for our son and daughter in law.

We were all over the moon! Our son and his wife are very excited to come back to Australia with a home of their own to move into.

Bronwyn was amazing and made the whole process much less stressful for all of us.

We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house.
