Toula - Box Hill North

As a first time buyer I wanted someone to help me through the process of looking for and purchasing a property and guiding me along the way.

I was looking to purchase around the Box Hill/Blackburn area and eventually purchased a unit in Box Hill North.

I had no personal experience with advocates, but my sister had recently engaged the services of an advocate when she sold & purchased, and I saw the vital support she needed and received.

As a buyer I found I was looking at the more superficial aspects of the property and Bronwyn was able to point out issues that I totally overlooked. This was invaluable as I am sure I would have chosen a property which I may have regretted.

The property I purchased was sold at auction and Bronwyn bid on my behalf. Her cool calm demeanour and vast experience with auctions ensured that I was the successful bidder in what was a feisty bidding war.
